Ticket Information for ATP New York 2009
ATP / NY - the Guest Curator will be revealed in the coming weeks
Next years ATP festival in New York is on sale. Tickets for the whole weekend are priced at $235 each + booking fee.
Tickets can be purchased with or without accomodation. Accomodation at Kutshers is NOW ON SALE at the same price as last year; $150 per person + booking fee.
The event will take place on September 11-13 2008.
The format will also be the same with Friday featuring Don't Look Back sets and a comedy curated stage. Saturday will be once again curated by ATP and Sunday will be our special guest curator who we will be revealing in the coming weeks. Criterion will once again host the cinema.
Limited accommodation is available on-site in hotel rooms that sleep 4, 6 and 7 people (3 and 5 berth now SOLD OUT at Kutshers). Accommodation is sold by the room in 3 day blocks only (Friday, Saturday, Sunday). You are permitted to have any number up to the maximum occupancy in the room. For example, if you wish to purchase a 4 person occupancy room, you are permitted to have 1 to 4 people sharing the room during the event, and the price is the same.
In addition to this there is extra accommodation at the Raleigh Hotel a short drive from the site, here there is also a nightclub where we will have djs playing late into the night. Shuttle buses will run between the two sites. Rooms at the Raleigh will go on sale soon.
All rooms have TVs, private bathrooms, some have fridges, and some patio doors opening on to the view of the lake - All rooms are allocated on a first come first serve basis.
The room costs are in addition to the $235 + BF per person
Prices breakdown as $150 per person for 3 nights accommodation, they are as follows:
A room for 3 persons - $450 (SOLD OUT AT KUTSHERS)
A room for 4 persons - $600 (SOLD OUT AT KUTSHERS)
A room for 5 persons - $750 (SOLD OUT AT KUTSHERS)
A room for 6 persons - $900
A room for 7 persons - $1050
All accommodation prices are subject to sales tax and a booking fee.

(These cost $235 each + $12 booking fee and will gain you entrance into the three day festival including all performances)

Please note that the person whose credit card is used to purchase the tickets will be required to be present at the site to collect the tickets in an effort to prevent scalping. If the person whose credit card is used cannot be present, a photocopy of the front and back of their card along with the email confirmation letter they received when purchasing the tickets will be required.
